ClearChoice Small Business Coaching and Development, LLC is owned by James Stephens, Professional Licensed Business Coach and a proud member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance. The PBCA is an alliance of the most highly trained business coaches across North America, and its members have helped thousands of business men and women to become more successful.

Jim is no stranger to business. He has over 20 years entrepreneurial experience, worked in human resource management for three years, is currently serving as Vice President Gibson County Economic Development Corporation board of directors, Princeton Planning Commission, and is treasurer of Mt. Pleasant Church, Evansville, Indiana. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Missouri and has earned his Masters of Science in Management degree from Oakland City University, Oakland City, Indiana. His research centered on organizational development and strategic planning.

Jim chose his alliance with the PBCA because of their shared commitment to the relationship between business effectiveness (sales, marketing, process, people), and personal effectiveness, (leadership, communication skills, time management skills, life balance) of the business owner and key people.
